Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 22, 2026.
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, materials, and digital channels of Neurear (hereinafter, "Neurear", "we", "us", or "our"). By browsing or interacting with our content, forms, or online services, you accept this document in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Purpose
This document sets out the conditions under which Neurear makes available corporate information, commercial content, and contact channels related to its B2B software factory services, including software development, artificial intelligence solutions, cloud, data, digital growth, managed services, and other technology offerings oriented to organizations.
These terms do not replace service agreements, commercial proposals, statements of work, or confidentiality agreements executed separately. In the event of a conflict between this document and a signed contract, the specific contract prevails.
Acceptance
Use of the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the integrated Legal Notice, and the privacy, cookies, and security policies published in this same environment.
If you act on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have sufficient authority to bind it. Failure to meet this representation may give rise to personal liability toward Neurear.
Capacity
The site is intended for adults with legal capacity to contract under Argentine law, and for representatives of organizations that evaluate or engage professional B2B services.
Use of the site by minors or by persons whose civil capacity is restricted is not permitted, except through their legal representative when authorized by law.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms when our processes, services, legal requirements, or site operations change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
Amendments take effect upon publication, unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the then-current version.
Permitted Use
You may use the site lawfully, in good faith, and in accordance with these terms, solely to learn about Neurear, contact us, request commercial information, or access content we make available publicly or with authorization.
- Review corporate and service information for legitimate professional or commercial purposes.
- Complete contact, demo, or subscription forms with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Share public links to the site without altering its content or creating confusion as to authorship.
- Download materials only when Neurear expressly enables it and in compliance with the stated conditions.
Prohibited Uses
Any use that affects the security, integrity, availability, or reputation of Neurear, its customers, suppliers, or users, or that violates applicable law, is prohibited.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, databases, dashboards, or infrastructure linked to the site.
- Performing bulk scraping, unauthorized automated extraction, intrusion testing, or reverse engineering of the site or its components.
- Introducing malware, malicious scripts, spam, or any mechanism that degrades the service or compromises third parties.
- Impersonating others, falsifying contact information, or using the site for fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices.
- Reproducing, reselling, or commercially exploiting Neurear content without prior written authorization.
- Using trademarks, logos, or the look and feel of the site in a manner that suggests nonexistent sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, all intellectual and industrial property rights in the site and its contents belong to Neurear or to third parties that have authorized our use. Access to the site does not constitute an assignment of rights.
The trademarks, trade names, logos, isotypes, corporate typefaces, and distinctive signs of Neurear are protected. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Software, source or client code, libraries, interface designs, texts, images, videos, diagrams, technical documentation, and other materials published or displayed on the site are protected works. Copying, modification, distribution, decompilation, or exploitation without express authorization is prohibited, except as permitted by mandatory law.
Third-Party Content and Licenses
Some components may include works, fonts, icons, or libraries of third parties subject to their own licenses. Use of those components is governed by the terms of the respective rights holder, without constituting a waiver of Neurear's rights in the site as a whole.
Contractual Deliverables
Ownership of code, products, data, or materials developed in the course of a project is defined exclusively in the applicable services agreement. These site terms do not alter that allocation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Argentine law, Neurear shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, reputational harm, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the site, nor for decisions made solely on the basis of information published on it.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, nothing in this document limits liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or for obligations that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available." Neurear does not warrant that the information is exhaustive, continuous, free of typographical errors, or fully up to date at all times, or that the site will meet particular business needs without a specific contractual agreement.
Descriptions of services, technology capabilities, or use cases are general informational and commercial in nature; they do not constitute a binding offer, a performance warranty, or an SLA commitment unless documented in writing in a contract.
Availability
We strive to keep the site operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of delays. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, migrations, security updates, or infrastructure changes that temporarily affect access.
Availability of the site is not equivalent to availability of production services provided to customers under specific contracts, which are governed by their own technical and service-level annexes.
Interruptions
Interruptions may occur due to technical causes, failures of hosting or network providers, attacks, force majeure events, updates, or operational decisions by Neurear.
To the extent reasonably practicable, we will seek to restore access. We assume no obligation to compensate for interruptions of the public site, except as required by mandatory law or a different agreement.
Third-Party Links
The site may include links to third-party sites, platforms, or resources (for example, social networks, repositories, external documentation, or partners). Those links are provided solely to facilitate navigation.
Neurear does not control and assumes no responsibility for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party sites. Access to them is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.
Integrations
Some site features may rely on integrations with analytics, advertising, chat, forms, CRM, or cloud infrastructure tools. Their operation depends, in part, on third parties.
The activation, scope, and configuration of each integration may change over time. Related data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and in the Cookies section.
Forms and Communications
If you complete a form or write to us, you represent that the information submitted is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. We may respond by email, phone, or other channels you indicate.
Submitting an inquiry does not create an obligation to contract or to issue a proposal. Commercial or follow-up communications are conducted in accordance with applicable law and your contact preferences.
Using our channels for spam, unlawful content, threats, or material that infringes intellectual property or third-party personal data is prohibited.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or block access to the site—in whole or in part—when we detect misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or operational need, without prejudice to other legal remedies.
We may also discontinue sections, features, or the entire site. Termination of access to the site does not affect rights or obligations arising under existing services agreements.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures arising from unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, armed conflicts, pandemics, widespread power or connectivity outages, acts of authority, massive failures of critical infrastructure providers, or other force majeure events recognized under Argentine law.
The affected party shall, to the extent possible, provide notice of the situation and resume performance as soon as the impediment ceases.
Assignment
You may not assign rights or obligations arising from these terms without prior written consent from Neurear.
Neurear may assign or transfer its contractual position or rights associated with the site in connection with corporate reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, providing notice when legally required.
Severability
If any provision of this document is held null, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The affected provision shall be construed or replaced to the minimum extent necessary to preserve the original intent and the validity of the whole.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina.
For any dispute relating to the site or this document, the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires shall have jurisdiction, with a waiver of any other venue that may otherwise apply, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights or other public-order rules that may be applicable.
If you access the site from outside Argentina, you are responsible for complying with local law applicable to you. Neurear does not warrant that the content is appropriate or available for all jurisdictions.
